This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and ProductTickler B.V., trading as Profinto (“we”, “our”, or “us”), for the use of Subscription Manager for Stripe (the “Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
“Software” means the Subscription Manager for Stripe WordPress plugin, including all files, documentation, updates, and patches delivered to you.
“License” means the right granted to you under this EULA to install and use the Software according to the terms of your plan.
“License Key” means the unique activation key issued to you through Freemius upon purchase. Your License Key is tied to your account and your selected plan.
“Site” means a single WordPress installation running on a unique domain or subdomain.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of Sites permitted by your plan.
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all ownership rights to the Software at all times.
Your license scope depends on the plan you purchased:

Each License Key may only be used on the number of Sites permitted by your plan. Staging and local development environments do not count toward the site limit.

All code, design, structure, documentation, and branding of the Software remain the exclusive property of ProductTickler B.V. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
All rights not explicitly granted in this EULA are reserved by ProductTickler B.V.
Paid license holders receive software updates and technical support for the duration of their active subscription.
When your subscription expires, the installed version of the Software continues to function. However, you will no longer receive updates, new features, or support until you renew.
We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
The Software does not collect usage data by default.

The Software is designed to work within the WordPress ecosystem and integrates with the Stripe API. Due to the nature of this ecosystem, we do not guarantee:
We are not liable for site breakages, data corruption, or service disruptions caused by:
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for intentional acts or gross negligence under Dutch law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProductTickler B.V., its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
This EULA is effective until terminated.
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms, provided we give you written notice of the violation.
Upon termination, you must:

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
